To provide a window fitting having higher water-tightness without causing water leakage even when a flood, tsunami, or the like due to localized torrential rain or the like occurs and high water pressure acts on the window fitting, and to provide a house equipped with the window fitting.SOLUTION: A frame body 2 (22) is provided with an opposing surface 22a that is in opposition to a plurality of glass plates 3, 4 and 5, and an opposing plate section 22b which erects from the opposing surface 22a and whose back surface is opposed to the surface on the indoor side of the specific glass plate 3 fixed on the most indoor side. Between the opposing plate section 22b and the specific glass plate 3, a water-tight plate 7 sandwiched between the opposing plate section 22a and the specific glass plate 3 and made thin by compression and deformation is stuck to the back face of the opposing plate section 22a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
