To provide a building panel, building panel unit, and mounting structure of the building panel which can form an outer wall or the like with high fireproof.SOLUTION: A building panel 1 according to a first aspect comprises a panel part 10 having adiathermancy and fireproof, and an expansion part 20 expanding by heat of fire. The expansion part 20 is configured to be located between a holding part 30 for holding an end part 11 of the panel part 10 and the end part 11 held by the holding part 30. The clearance between the holding part 30 and the end part 11 can be blocked by causing the expansion part 20 to expand due to heat of fire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
