To provide a wall slab having an excellent fracture resistance and a building using this.SOLUTION: A wall slab 100 according to the invention is the wall slab 100 to be mounted to a building body and comprises a substrate part 1 in a plate shape forming an outer shape of the wall slab 100, a metal reinforcement part 3 embedded into the substrate part 1 for reinforcing the substrate part 1 and a mount part 10 fixed to the substrate part 1 for mounting the substrate part 1 to the building body, wherein the mount part 10 comprises an engagement part exposed to an inside surface 7 in a thickness direction of the substrate part 1 for engaging with other member to mount the wall slab 100 to the building body and a movement restriction part for restricting a movement of the engagement part in the thickness direction, and the movement restriction part comprises a contact part arranged more outer in the thickness direction than at least a part of the metal reinforcement part 3 for contacting with the substrate part 1 on the inside surface in the thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
