BEAM REINFORCEMENT METAL FITTING AND BEAM REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
To provide a beam reinforcement metal fitting capable of welding to an open hole provided in the beam without inclination and a beam reinforcement structure.SOLUTION: The beam reinforcement metal fitting 1 has a flange part 5 and a tubular body part 3 protruding to one side of the flange part 5 to be inserted into an open hole 17. The flange part 5 has a taper shape with an outside diameter reducing toward the body part 3. In the beam reinforcement structure 10 in the state that the body part 3 of the beam reinforcement metal fitting 1 is inserted into the open hole 17 and protruded to a side of a back surface 15b of a web 15 and the taper shape of the flange part 5 is in contact with an edge of the open hole 17, the flange part 5 is welded to the web 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 梁に設けられた貫通孔に傾きなく溶接できる梁補強金具および梁補強構造を提供する。【解決手段】 梁補強金具1は、フランジ部5と、フランジ部5の一方の側に突出して貫通孔17に挿入される筒状の本体部3とを有する。フランジ部5は、本体部3に向かって外径が縮径するテーパ形状を有する。梁補強構造10では、梁補強金具1の本体部3が貫通孔17に挿入されてウェブ15の背面15b側に突出し、フランジ部5のテーパ形状が貫通孔17の縁部と接触した状態で、フランジ部5がウェブ15に溶接される。【選択図】図4
