MOUNTING METAL FITTING OF FALL PREVENTION WIRE ROPE FOR PLATE-LIKE OBJECT
To provide a mounting metal fitting of a fall prevention wire rope for a plate-like object capable of easily hooking the fall prevention wire for plate-like objects such as signboards and billboards at a site without time and effort, and also bearing a load of the plate-shaped object in addition to an engaged groove of a reinforcing rib when the plate-shaped object falls.SOLUTION: A base end of an upper metal fitting 11 whose tip portion abuts on an upper surface of a horizontal plate portion of a reinforcing rib 6 provided on the back surface of a plate-shaped object 2, and a base end of a lower metal fitting 12 whose tip abuts on a lower surface of the reinforcing rib 6 are pivotably connected by a rotating shaft bolt 13, and the upper metal fitting 11 and the lower metal fitting 12 are configured to keep the state, by a tightening bolt 16 inserted into a bolt insertion hole and a nut, where the tip portions thereof are in contact with and sandwiched with the upper and lower surfaces of the horizontal plate portion of the reinforcing rib 6, respectively, at least one of the upper metal fitting 11 and the lower metal fitting 12 being provided with an engaging portion that engages with the upper engaging portion of the reinforcing rib 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】現場において手間をかけずに標識板や看板等の板状物の落下防止用ワイヤーを容易に引っ掛けることができると共に、板状物が落下した場合には補強リブの被係合溝以外にも板状物の荷重を負担させることができる板状物落下防止用ワイヤーロープの取付け金具を提供する。【解決手段】先端部が板状物２の裏面に設けられた補強リブ６の水平板部上面に当接する上側金具１１の基端部と、先端部が補強リブ６の下面に当接する下側金具１２の基端部とが回動軸用ボルト１３によって回動可能に連結されていると共に、上側金具１１および下側金具１２には、それぞれ、先端部がそれぞれ補強リブ６の水平板部上面および下面に当接して挟持した状態をボルト挿通孔に通した締付ボルト１６およびナットによって固定できるように構成されており、上側金具１１と下側金具１２の内、少なくとも一方には補強リブ６の上側係合部に係合する係合部を設ける。【選択図】図５
