METHOD OF PRODUCING CERAMIC SLURRY
To provide a method of producing ceramic slurry, capable of suppressing decrease of the crystallinity of a perovskite type compound, i.e., a main component and of suppressing the segregation of a subcomponent compound.SOLUTION: The method of producing ceramic slurry comprises a step (S1) of producing first slurry by dispersing at least one of a Mg compound, a Mn compound, and a compound including a rare earth element in a solvent, and a step (S2) of producing ceramic slurry by dispersing the first slurry and a perovskite type compound represented by general formula: ABO3 (A includes at least one of Ba, Sr, and Ca, B includes at least one of Ti, Zr, and Hf, and O represents oxygen) in a solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主成分であるペロブスカイト型化合物の結晶性の低下を抑制し、かつ、副成分の化合物偏析を抑制することができるセラミックスラリーの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックスラリーの製造方法は、Mg化合物、Mn化合物、および、希土類元素を含む化合物のうちの少なくとも1つを溶媒中に分散させて第1のスラリーを作製する工程(S1)と、第1のスラリーと、一般式ABO3(AはBa、Sr、Caの1種以上を含み、BはTi、Zr、Hfの1種以上を含み、Oは酸素)で表されるペロブスカイト型化合物とを溶媒中に分散させて、セラミックスラリーを作製する工程(S2)とを備える。【選択図】図1
