ROOFING WATERPROOFING SYSTEM, AND ROOF REPAIRING METHOD
To provide a roof waterproofing system and a roof repairing method capable of reliably and easily protecting equipment or the like from chips and repeatedly using materials for repairing when repairing a roof having a metallic waterproof substrate.SOLUTION: A roof waterproofing system comprises: a metal waterproof substrate 1, whose cross-sectional shape is corrugated with repeated peaks 5 and valleys 6; a plurality of sheet fixing tools 4 arranged with a distance above the peaks 5 in the waterproof substrate 1 and fixed to the peaks 5; a waterproof sheet 3 laid above the waterproof substrate 1 and fixed to the sheet fixing tools 4; and a magnet sheet 8 provided underneath the waterproof substrate 1, over a plurality of valleys 6 so as to be located below the peaks 5. The magnet sheet 8 is fixed to the waterproof substrate by the magnetic force of the magnet sheet 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属製の防水下地を備えた屋根を改修するにあたり、確実且つ簡易に機器等を切粉から保護でき、且つ、改修用の資材を繰り返し利用できる屋根防水システム及び屋根改修方法が要望されている。【解決手段】屋根防水システムであって、断面形状が山部５と谷部６とが繰り返される波型である金属製の防水下地１と、防水下地１における山部５の上方において互いに間隔を空けた状態で配置され、山部５に固定された複数のシート固定具４と、防水下地１の上方において敷設され、シート固定具４に固定された防水シート３と、防水下地１の下方において、山部５の下方に位置するように複数の谷部６に亘る状態で設けられたマグネットシート８と、が備えられ、マグネットシート８は、マグネットシート８の磁力によって防水下地に固着されている。【選択図】図１
