BRACE FITTING
To provide a brace fitting structure capable of achieving downsizing and weight saving of the fitting and butting a central part of a bolt member at a tip of a ceiling brace to an axis part of a hanging bolt.SOLUTION: A brace fitting has a first member 11 to be engaged with a hanging bolt 3 and a tabular second member 12 to which a ceiling brace 5 is fixed. A screw hole 35 into which a bolt member 6 at a tip of the ceiling brace 5 is inserted is formed on the second member 12. The first member 11 has a claw part 13 that engages with a screw part of the hanging bolt 3 and a pair of second member support plate parts 15 and 15 that face each other. Insertion parts 26 and 26 into which the second member 12 is inserted are formed respectively on the pair of second member support plate parts 15 and 15. A pair of insertion parts 26 and 26 are disposed so that an axis L2 of the screw hole 35 of the second member 12 inserted into the pair of insertion parts 26 and 26 intersects with an axis L3 of the hanging bolt 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金具の小型化と軽量化を達成しつつ、天井ブレースの先端のボルト部材の中心部を吊りボルトの軸芯部に向けて当接させることができるブレース取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】吊ボルト3に係止される第一部材11と、天井ブレース5が固定される板状の第二部材12とを備えている。第二部材12には、天井ブレース5の先端のボルト部材6が螺合するネジ孔35が形成されている。第一部材11は、吊ボルト3のネジ部に噛合する爪部13と、互いに対向する一対の第二部材支持板部15,15を備えている。一対の第二部材支持板部15,15には、第二部材12が挿通する挿通部26,26がそれぞれ形成されている。一対の挿通部26,26に挿通された第二部材12のネジ孔35の軸芯L2と、吊ボルト3の軸芯L3とが交差するように、一対の挿通部26,26が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
