To provide a structure deterioration suppression system and application method therefor in which a structure examiner can perform execution with a simple method just after an examination, and can sufficiently suppress the deterioration of the structure during the execution, and also can simply re-examine it if needed.SOLUTION: A structure deterioration suppression system 10 disclosed in the present application comprises: deterioration suppression means 11 for suppressing the deterioration of a structure 15 by being joined to a surface of the structure 15; first information recording means 12 for recording information relevant to the deterioration of the structure 15; and heating means 13 for heating the deterioration suppression means 11.
