To provide an earthwork roller for an earthwork machine such that the efficiency of earthwork operation is improved with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An earthwork roller includes a support structure (11), provides a plurality of first earthwork units (30) substantially extending in the direction of a roller rotation axis (A) in a radially outside area of the support structure (11) in order to form a roller body (36) rotatable around the roller rotation axis (A), and/or provides a plurality of second earthwork units (38) substantially extending in a circumferential direction.
