To provide an operation mechanism for a work machine which is smaller than a conventional operation mechanism.SOLUTION: A third axis a3 that is orthogonal to a straight line which connects a tip of a tip portion 5b at a position where a fourth operating lever 5 is most tilted to one side in a first direction to a tip of a tip portion 5b at a position where it is most tilted to the other side, and that passes through a tilting fulcrum c, which is a tilting fulcrum of the fourth operating lever 5, is set as a reference axis. A first actuator 72 and a second actuator 73 of a first operation mechanism 7 overlap at least partially when viewed from a direction of the third axis a3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
