To reduce cost and work load.SOLUTION: A waterproof roof structure comprises: a parapet 30 provided around a flat part A of a roof 10 of a unit building 1; an eaves gutter member 50 provided to an eaves top end part C of the parapet 30 or the flat part A; and a polyvinyl chloride sheet 18 as a waterproof sheet provided covering the flat part A. A second polyvinyl chloride sheet 200 is provided covering the eaves gutter member 50 and the polyvinyl chloride sheet 18. A seal reinforcement member 70 is provided for covering from a part positioned at the eaves top end part C of the eaves gutter member 50 to an outer peripheral side face adjacent to the eaves top end part C of the parapet 30, and a waterproof material 73 closing a gap between the seal reinforcement member 70 and a decorative board 25 is provided. An outdoor side end part of the second polyvinyl chloride sheet 200 covers an upper face of the seal reinforcement member 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コストおよび作業の手間を削減可能とすること。【解決手段】ユニット建物１の屋根１０の平坦部Ａの周囲に設けられたパラペット３０と、パラペット３０の庇天端部Ｃか平坦部Ａにかけて設けられた軒樋部材５０と、平坦部Ａを覆って設けられた防水シートとしての塩ビシート１８と、を備える。そして、軒樋部材５０と塩ビシート１８とを覆って、第２の塩ビシート２００が設けられている。軒樋部材５０の庇天端部Ｃに位置する部分からパラペット３０の庇天端部Ｃに隣り合う外周側面を覆うシール補強部材７０が設けられ、シール補強部材７０と化粧板２５の間の隙間を塞いで防水材７３が設けられている。そして、第２の塩ビシート２００は、屋外側の端部がシール補強部材７０の上面を覆っている。【選択図】図２
