WATER-SAVING DEVICE WITH FLOW-RATE ADJUSTING FUNCTION
To provide a water-saving device with a flow-rate adjusting function, that can be adjusted while monitoring a flow-rate of water discharged and that does not cause a deviation in preset adjustment/setting even if an overload is applied.SOLUTION: The water-saving device with the flow-rate adjusting function comprises: a cylindrical body 11 that has a first water passage hole formed in a closed wall 12a; and a cylindrical body 14 that has a storage chamber 16 formed in an outer shell raised part 15c and incorporates an external operating member 18, wherein an operation adjusting member 18 is formed of a screw rod having a spiral screw engraved on an outer circumference, a water saving adjusting member 17 is formed of a plurality of gear teeth meshed with the screw rod on the outer circumference and a disk-shaped adjusting plate provided with a second water passage hole for adjusting water saving by facing the first water passage hole inside, a water saving plate is rotatably positioned and held between itself and the closed wall by inserting one cylindrical body 11 into the other cylindrical body 14 from the closed wall side, further, the gear teeth of the water-saving plate are engaged with the spiral screw of the screw rod to be non-rotatably connected to the cylindrical body, and the water saving plate is rotated by a predetermined angle to save water, by externally operating the screw rod.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吐水する流量を監視しながら調整でき、過荷重が掛かっても、予め設定した調整・設定に狂い生じないようにした流量調整機能付き節水装置を提供する。【解決手段】閉鎖壁12aに第1の通水孔が形成された筒状体11と、外殻隆起部15c内に外部操作部材18が組み込まれる収容室16が形成され筒状体14とを備え、操作調整部材18は外周囲に螺旋状のねじを刻設したクリューねじ棒及び節水調整部材17は外周囲にスクリューねじ棒に噛合される複数の歯車歯及び内部に第1の通水孔に対峙して節水調整する第2の通水孔を設けた円盤状の調節板で形成され、一方の筒状体14に他方の筒状体11を閉鎖壁側から挿入して閉鎖壁との間で節水板を回転自在に位置決め保持すると共に該節水板の歯車歯をスクリューねじ棒の螺旋状ねじに噛合させて該筒状体に回動不能に結合し、スクリューねじ棒の外部操作によって節水板を所定角度回転させて節水する。【選択図】図1
