POLLUTION PREVENTION DEVICE AND METHOD
To provide a pollution prevention device and method capable of preventing a pollution prevention film from excessively sagging, while maintaining a state where a lower end part of the pollution prevention film being grounded at a water bottom, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A weight 6 is mounted on a pollution prevention film 3 or on a lower end part of a string-like body 5 joined to the pollution prevention film 3, and a drive pulley 9 around which the string-like body 5 is wound, an upper limit contact sensor 10 and a lower limit contact sensor 11 arranged above and below the drive pulley 9, and a support part 12 for supporting the drive pulley 9 so as to move vertically by an upward force being imparted with respect to the drive pulley 9 by tension acting on the string-like body 5 and by a downward force being imparted with respect to the drive pulley 9 by the weight of the drive pulley 9 are arranged above the water. The pollution prevention film 3 is suspended from a floating body 2, and a length of suspending the pollution prevention film 3 is adjusted by delivering the string-like body 5 when the drive pulley 9 is contacted with the upper limit contact sensor 10, and winding up the string-like body 5 when the drive pulley 9 is contacted with the lower limit contact sensor 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】簡素な構成でありながら、汚濁防止膜の下端部を水底に着底させた状態を維持しつつ、汚濁防止膜が過度にたるむことを防止できる汚濁防止装置および方法を提供する。【解決手段】汚濁防止膜3または汚濁防止膜3に接合された紐状体5の下端部に錘6を取付け、紐状体5を掛け回した動滑車9と、動滑車9の上下に配置した上限接触センサ10および下限接触センサ11と、紐状体5に作用する張力により動滑車9に対して上向き力が付与され、動滑車9の重さにより動滑車9に対して下向き力が付与されて動滑車9を上下移動可能に支持する支持部12とを水上に配置し、汚濁防止膜3を浮体2から垂下させて、動滑車9が上限接触センサ10に接触しているときに紐状体5を繰り出し、動滑車9が下限接触センサ11に接触しているときに紐状体5を巻き取ることで、汚濁防止膜3の垂下させる長さを調整する。【選択図】図4
