ASPHALT PLANT AND ASPHALT MIXTURE MATERIAL PRODUCTION METHOD
To recycle aggregates in an asphalt plant where asphalt mixture materials are produced by a mixer by using the aggregates coming out of a hot bin, without dispersing dust generated from excess aggregates in atmospheric air, even if there are excess aggregates in the hot bin.SOLUTION: An asphalt plant 1 has a hot bin 3 for storing aggregates, a material hopper 5 that stores the aggregates coming out of the hot bin 3, a switching part 7 that switches the supply destination of the aggregates coming out of the hot bin 3 to a mixer 11 or the material hopper 5, and an aggregate dryer 9 that heats and dries the aggregates coming out of the material hopper 5 and supplies the heated and dried aggregates to the hot bin 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ホットビンから出てきた骨材を用いてミキサーでアスファルト合材を生産するアスファルトプラントにおいて、ホットビン内に骨材が余ってしまった場合であっても、この余った骨材から発生する埃を大気中に発散させることなく再利用する。【解決手段】骨材を貯蔵するホットビン３と、ホットビン３から出てきた骨材を貯蔵する材料ホッパー５と、ホットビン３から出てきた骨材の供給先を、ミキサー１１もしくは材料ホッパー５に切り換える切換部７と、材料ホッパー５から出てきた骨材を加熱し乾燥し、この加熱され乾燥した骨材をホットビン３に供給する骨材ドライヤ９とを有するアスファルトプラント１である。【選択図】図１
