BRANCH PIPE JOINT
To provide a branch pipe joint which is used at a connection part between a main pipe and an attached pipe, and can prevent water leakage due to withdrawal etc. of the attached pipe even when an internal pressure of the main pipe becomes high.SOLUTION: The branch pipe joint for connecting an attached pipe B to an attached hole H of a main pipe P is mainly composed of a water flow pipe 11, a rubber joint 21, a diameter enlarged ring 31, and a fixture 41. The water flow pipe 11 is connected to the attached pipe B via a connector 12. Further, the rubber joint 21 has a shape in which a neck part 23 and a skirt part 25 are connected by a conical trunk part 24, the neck 23 is brought into close contact with the water flow pipe 11 by the rubber joint, the skirt part 25 is fitted into the attached hole H, the diameter enlarged ring 31 and the fixture 41 are incorporated into an inner peripheral surface of the skirt part 25, and the skirt part 25 is in close contact with the attached hole H. The branch pipe joint is prevented from coming off from the attached hole H by providing the fixture 41 with a stop part 45 that protrudes outward from the attached hole H and faces the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe P. Further, the attached pipe B can be prevented from coming off by providing a stopper 13 on the water flow pipe 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本管と取付管との接続部で用い、本管の内圧が高くなった場合でも、取付管の離脱などによる漏水を防止できる支管継手を提供すること。【解決手段】本管Pの取付穴Hに取付管Bを接続するための支管継手は、通水管11とラバージョイント21と拡径リング31と固定具41を中心に構成し、通水管11は、接続具12を介して取付管Bに接続する。またラバージョイント21は、首部23と裾部25を円錐状の胴部24で結んだ形状で、首部23を通水管11に密着させるほか、裾部25を取付穴Hに嵌め込み、裾部25の内周面に拡径リング31と固定具41を組み込み、裾部25を取付穴Hに密着させる。そして固定具41には、取付穴Hよりも外側に突出し、本管Pの内周面と対向する抜け止め部45を設けることで、支管継手が取付穴Hから離脱することを防ぐ。さらに通水管11にストッパ13を設け、取付管Bの離脱も防ぐことができる。【選択図】 図1
