To provide a soil sampler capable of appropriately pushing a cylindrical (tubular) component in to a prescribed depth and ensuring sampling of soils from the prescribed depth even when foreign objects are mixed and soil hardness is high.SOLUTION: A soil sampler 100 is configured by comprising a cylindrical barrel 110 and a plurality of blades 112 provided on the lower end of the barrel 110, and a flat part 114 is formed between the blades 112. The soil sampler 100 further comprises the cylindrical barrel 110, a handle attaching hole 116 provided on the upper end of the barrel 110, a handle 120 detachably attached to the handle attaching hole 116, a guide piece 130 attachable to the upper end of the barrel 110, a guide rod 140 inserted into a hole 130a of the guide piece 130, and a cylindrical driving weight 150 vertically movable along the guide rod 140.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
