To provide a chemical solution dispensing device capable of providing a stable supply of chemical solution over a use period.SOLUTION: There is provided a chemical solution dispensing device (100) comprising a chemical solution tank (10) that stores chemical solution and discharges the chemical solution from a supply port (28), and a main body (30) in which chemical solution flow paths (62 to 64) are provided and to which the supply port (28) is attached. The chemical solution flow paths consisting of an ascending flow path 62, an upper flow path 63 and a descending flow path 64, are formed from a chemical solution intake port (61) to a chemical solution discharge port (65) beyond a flow path partition wall (54) provided at a position higher than the supply port (28).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
