BRIDGE FLAMEPROOF DEVICE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING BRIDGE FLAMEPROOF DEVICE
To provide a bridge flameproof device capable of blocking a fire between a bridge and its surroundings, and a method for installing a bridge flameproof device.SOLUTION: A bridge flameproof device 8 has a guide mechanism 10 installed along a wall balustrade 4 of a bridge 1, and a plurality of shield units 20 supported by the guide mechanism 10 and covering the upper surface side of the bridge 1, and the shield units 20 are connected to each other in the continuous direction of the bridge 1 to form a shield 9 along the bridge 1. When forming the shield 9, the plurality of shield units 20 is sequentially carried into the predetermined carry-in position of the guide mechanism 10, and the shield units 20 that have been carried in are sequentially moved along the guide mechanism 10, and then the shield units 20 arranged at predetermined installation positions are connected to each other to form the shield 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
