EFFECTIVE UTILIZATION METHOD OF IMPROVED SURPLUS SOIL
To provide an effective utilization method of improved surplus soil which can effectively utilize improved surplus soil as a construction material.SOLUTION: An effective utilization method of improved surplus soil utilizes improved surplus soil generated when an improvement body obtained by mixing and stirring the foundation and a cement-based solidification material is constructed as a construction material in a construction site. The method includes: a step of excavating the foundation in the construction site; a step of constructing the improvement body in the construction site; a step of manufacturing mixed soil in which the improvement surplus soil generated when the improvement body is constructed and actual place excavation soil generated when the foundation is excavated are mixed with a predetermined blending ratio; and a step of spreading the mixed soil in the construction site and forming a mixed body. The predetermined blending ratio is determined based on a blending test in which use of the improvement surplus soil and the actual place excavation soil is assumed or a previously obtained assumption strength relationship.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】改良残土を建設材料として有効に活用することが可能となる改良残土の有効利用方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤とセメント系固化材とを混合撹拌させた改良体を構築する際に発生する改良残土を建設敷地内で建設材料として利用する改良残土の有効利用方法である。そして、建設敷地内の地盤を掘削する工程と、建設敷地内において改良体を構築する工程と、改良体を構築する際に発生した改良残土と地盤を掘削した際に発生した現地掘削土とを所定の配合で混合した混合土を製造する工程と、混合土を建設敷地内に敷き均して混合体を形成する工程とを備えている。ここで、所定の配合は、改良残土と現地掘削土との使用を想定した配合試験又は事前に得られた想定強度関係に基づいて決定される。【選択図】図1
