To provide a non-flammable sheet having light transmissivity which is suitable for a membrane ceiling and the like.SOLUTION: A non-flammable sheet 10 has a decorative sheet 2 stuck onto one surface of a raw fabric layer 1 containing a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic material through an adhesive layer 5 containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, in which the decorative sheet 2 has a resin film 2C containing a polyester resin, a printing ink layer 2B formed on a surface opposite to the raw fabric layer 1 of the resin film 2C, a surface protective layer 2A formed on a surface opposite to the resin film 2C of the printing ink layer 2B, and an anchor layer 2D formed on a surface on the side of the raw fabric layer 1 of the resin film 2C, a thickness of the resin film 2C is 0.045 [mm] or more and 0.077 [mm] or less, a mass of the adhesive layer 5 is 44.0 [g/m2] or less, the total light transmittance in the visible light region of a laminate of the decorative sheet 2 and the raw fabric layer 1 is in a range of 30% or more and 50% or less and diffusion transmittance is in a range of 30% or more and 45% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
