FILLER
To provide a cement-based filler that is a two liquid-type cement-based filler, can be adjusted to any gelation time without hindering workability, has a little influence to the gelation time due to the left kneaded time of the two liquid, has good filling property, and excellent in initial strength development.SOLUTION: A filler is obtained by mixing slurry A containing Portland cement and blast furnace slag and slurry B containing calcium aluminate, gypsum, soluble sulfate (not containing gypsum) and a setting modifier, and satisfies following (a) to (c): (a) the gelation time of filler obtained by mixing is 900 seconds or less; (b) the ratio (GT30/GT0) of the gelation time (GT0) of filler immediately mixed after producing slurry A and B to the gelation time (GT30) of filler mixed after leaving them respectively as kneaded for 30 minutes after producing the liquid is 0.5 to 1.5; and (c) the compression strength of material age for one hour is 0.3 N/mm2 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】２液タイプのセメント系充填材であって、施工性に支障を及ぼすことなく、任意のゲル化時間に調整が可能であり、２液の練置き時間によるゲル化時間への影響が小さく、充填性も良好で、さらに初期強度発現性にも優れるセメント系充填材の提供。【解決手段】ポルトランドセメントと高炉スラグを含有するスラリーＡと、カルシウムアルミネート類、石膏、可溶性硫酸塩（石膏を含まない）及び凝結調整剤を含有するスラリーＢを混合した充填材であり、次の（ａ）〜（ｃ）を具備する。（ａ）前記混合した充填材のゲル化時間が９００秒以下、（ｂ）スラリーＡ及びＢを作液後、直ちに混合した充填材のゲル化時間（ＧＴ０）と、作液後それぞれ３０分練置いた後に混合した充填材のゲル化時間（ＧＴ３０）の比（ＧＴ３０／ＧＴ０）が、０．５〜１．５、（ｃ）材齢１時間の圧縮強度が０．３Ｎ／ｍｍ２以上【選択図】なし
