To provide a resin concrete composition capable of obtaining a hardened material having excellent bending strength, an aggregate with coat, a filler with coat and a fiber-reinforced plastic composite tube having excellent bending strength.SOLUTION: There are provided a resin concrete composition which contains an unsaturated polyester resin, an aggregate and a coat which is located at least a part of the surface of the aggregate and includes a silane coupling agent; the resin concrete composition which further contains a filler and the coat which is located at least a part of the surface of the filler and in which the coat includes the silane coupling agent; the aggregate with coat; the filler with coat; and a fiber-reinforced plastic composite tube.SELECTED DRAWING: None
