To provide a ceiling structure capable of suppressing a ceiling material from falling off.SOLUTION: A ceiling structure 1 comprises: a ceiling joist 40 that supports a ceiling surface material 50 of a building; a ceiling joist receiver 30 that supports the ceiling joist 40; a pair of braces 60, which are installed so as to bridge a building frame of the building and the ceiling joist receiver 30 and whose end on the ceiling joist receiver 30 is fixed to the ceiling joist receiver 30; and a reinforcement fitting 70 that is fixed to the pair of braces 60, the ceiling joist receiver 30 and the ceiling surface material 50 respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
