To provide a multistage pipe which can confront a compressive force, a multistage drain pipe, a construction method of a multistage drain pipe, and a drain structure of a multistage drain pipe.SOLUTION: A multistage pipe (multistage drain pipe 1) includes a plurality of pipe bodies (outer pipe 2, inner pipe 3 and intermediate pipe 13) having different pipe diameters, and enables other pipe bodies to be stored in the outer pipe 2 having the largest pipe diameter among the plurality of pipe bodies, and has engagement mechanisms 6 to 11 that engage the pipe bodies against a compressive force acting in a direction of shrinking and compressing the pipe bodies in stretching provided between the plurality of pipe bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
