To restrict a change of a size of a soundproof floor material during dryness and moisture absorption.SOLUTION: The soundproof floor material 50 comprises a first wooden fiber plate layer 20 with a plurality of grooves G at a lower surface, a second wooden fiber plate layer 30 at an upper surface side of the first wooden fiber plate layer 20, a surface decorative layer 35 at an upper surface side of the second wooden fiber plate layer 30 and a buffer layer 15 at a lower surface side of the first wooden fiber plate layer 20, and the surface decorative layer 35 has a moisture permeability equal to or smaller than 10 g/m2 24h, the first wooden fiber plate layer 20 and the second wooden fiber plate layer 30 are bonded by a moisture-proof layer 25 provided on a whole surface between the first wooden fiber plate layer 20 and the second wooden fiber plate layer 30, the moisture-proof layer 25 is formed by a reactivity hotmelt adhesive and has a moisture permeability equal to or smaller than 10 g/m2 24h and the plurality of grooves G are arranged not to reach at the moisture-proof layer 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
