THERMAL INSULATION SPECIFICATION DETERMINATION SYSTEM
To provide a thermal insulation specification determination system which can determine thermal insulation specifications for a building element which meet a required reference value.SOLUTION: The thermal insulation specification determination system comprises: a standard thermal insulation specification determination processing unit which determines standard thermal insulation specifications for a plurality building elements (a ceiling part 2, a wall part 3, a floor part 4, and a window part 5) constituting a building 1 on the basis of regional information of a region where the building 1 is to be constructed, and level information indicative of a level of thermal insulation performance of the building 1; an outer shell average heat transmission coefficient calculation processing unit which calculates an outer shell average heat transmission coefficient of the building 1 on the basis of planning information of the building 1 and first thermal insulation specifications; and a thermal insulation specification modification processing unit which, if the outer shell average heat transmission coefficient calculated in the outer shell average heat transmission coefficient calculation processing does not meet a reference value set on the basis of the regional information and the level information, modifies thermal insulation specifications of the building elements in the standard thermal insulation specifications to determine modified thermal insulation specifications meeting the reference value with respect to the plurality of building elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】要求される基準値を満足させる建物要素の断熱仕様を決定することができる断熱仕様決定システムを提供する。【解決手段】建物１が建設される地域の地域情報と、建物１の断熱性能の等級を示す等級情報と、に基づいて、建物１を構成する複数の建物要素（天井部２、壁部３、床部４及び窓部５）について、標準断熱仕様を決定する標準断熱仕様決定処理部と、建物１の計画情報と、第一の断熱仕様と、に基づいて、建物１の外皮平均熱貫流率を算出する外皮平均熱貫流率算出処理部と、外皮平均熱貫流率算出処理において算出された外皮平均熱貫流率が、地域情報及び等級情報に基づいて設定される基準値を満たさない場合、標準断熱仕様における建物要素の断熱仕様を変更することで、複数の建物要素について、基準値を満足させる変更後の断熱仕様を決定する断熱仕様変更処理部と、を具備する。【選択図】図２
