To provide a peripheral edge member, a ceiling structure, and a ceiling construction method capable of reducing manufacturing costs and simplifying workability while improving an aesthetic appearance after construction.SOLUTION: A peripheral edge member is a peripheral edge member 1 attached around a plate-like body D forming a ceiling U, which includes: a first member 2 attached extending to a construction position around the plate-like body, and having a first hook portion 6 formed to hang downward and bend upward at the lower end; a support portion 11 which supports the plate-like body; and a second member 10 having a second hook portion 14 formed to stand up from the support portion and bend downward at the upper end portion so as to engage with the first hook portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
