EVALUATION METHOD OF OCCURRENCE RISK OF DEBRIS FLOW, AND EVALUATION PROGRAM OF OCCURRENCE RISK OF DEBRIS FLOW
To provide an evaluation method of occurrence risk of debris flow suitable for railroad vehicle operation regulations.SOLUTION: The evaluation method of occurrence risk of debris flow includes the steps of: calculating the limit surface flow rate for each multiple meshes from the gradient and catchment area of multiple meshes that divide the flow path included in the mountain stream area; calculating the surface water flow rate for each multiple meshes on the basis of the rainfall and catchment area; and determining the operation regulations of railway vehicles in the mountain stream area on the basis of the limit surface flow rate and the surface water flow rate of multiple meshes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄道車両の運行規制に適した土石流の発生危険度評価方法を提供する。【解決手段】本開示は、渓流域に含まれる流路を分割した複数のメッシュの勾配及び集水面積から複数のメッシュごとに限界表面流量を算出する工程と、雨量と集水面積とに基づいて、複数のメッシュごとに表面水流量を算出する工程と、複数のメッシュの限界表面流量と表面水流量とに基づいて、渓流域における鉄道車両の運行規制を判断する工程と、を備える、土石流の発生危険度評価方法である。【選択図】図1
