OVALITY MEASUREMENT SENSOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT
To provide an ovality measurement sensor capable of securely measuring the deformation volume of a rotary furnace, and a method for producing cement.SOLUTION: An ovality measurement sensor comprises: a pair of first magnets fixable at intervals in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical outer circumferential face of a rotary furnace; a deformation plate suspended between both the first magnets and elastically deformable; a first support member fixed to the deformation plate between both the first magnets, and fixed to the rotary furnace and supporting the deformation plate when both the first magnets are fixed to the rotary furnace; a strain gauge provided at the surface of the deformation plate and detecting the strain value of the deformation plate; a control part measuring the strain value of the strain gauge and further performing communication with external apparatus; an elastically deformable accessory plate arranged so as to be confronted with the deformation plate and also fixed to both the first magnets and the first support member; and a pair of second support members fixed at positions confronted with the first magnets in the accessory plate, capable of moving the deformation plate in the suspension direction of the deformation plate and also regulating the deformation other than elastic deformation in a direction orthogonal to the surface of the deformation plate following the cylindrical outer circumferential face of the rotary furnace so as to be supported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】回転炉の変形量を確実に計測できるオーバリティ計測センサ及びセメントの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】回転炉の円筒状外周面の周方向に間隔をおいて固定可能な一対の第一磁石と、両第一磁石の間に懸架された弾性変形可能な変形板と、両第一磁石の間で変形板に固定され、両第一磁石を回転炉に固定したときに、回転炉に固定されて変形板を支持する第一支持部材と、変形板の表面に設けられ、該変形板のひずみ値を検出するひずみゲージと、ひずみゲージのひずみ値を測定するとともに外部機器との通信を行う制御部と、変形板に対向して配置され、かつ両第一磁石及び第一支持部材に固定される弾性変形可能な補助板と、補助板の第一磁石に対向する位置に固定され、変形板を該変形板の懸架方向に移動可能かつ回転炉の円筒状外周面に追従する変形板の表面に直交する方向の弾性変形以外の変形を規制して支持する一対の第二支持部材と、を備える。【選択図】図1
