To provide a fence connector and a fence capable of easily connecting and releasing fences while maintaining an appearance design.SOLUTION: A fence connector 10 connects fences each having a furring strip formed of a hollow shape material, and includes: a connector body 11 slidably insertable into an end of the furring strip; and a gear 21 for moving the connector body 11 in a sliding direction.
