To provide a height adjusting method for a car stop body part in a car stop block manufacturing form provided with a drain hole which allows the manufacturing of a plurality of car stop blocks each having the height different from each other.SOLUTION: A car stop block manufacturing form device comprises: a car stop block manufacturing form 1 integrally having a foundation molding part 12 to be embedded in a floor surface under a car stop body molding part 11; a drain hole portion forming form 2 for forming a drain hole; and a positioning tool 3 for fixedly attaching the drain hole portion forming form 2 at a predetermined position. Female screw holes 21 for screwing fixing bolts 5 for fixing the drain hole portion forming form 2 are provided on both end surfaces of the drain hole portion forming form 2, insertion holes 1a for the fixing bolts 5 are provided at positions of the female screw holes 21, 21 for screwing the fixing bolts 5 in the drain hole portion forming form 2 on both end surfaces in the width direction of the car stop body molding part 11, and an insertion hole 1b through which a male screw portion 31 of the positioning tool 3 is inserted is provided on either one of the end surfaces in the width direction of the car stop body molding part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】高さの異なる複数の車止めブロックの製造が可能な排水孔を備えた車止めブロック製造用型枠における車止め本体部の高さ調整方法を提供する。【解決手段】車止め本体成型部１１の下部に、床面に埋設する基礎成型部１２を一体に備えた車止めブロック製造用型枠１と、排水孔を形成する排水孔部形成用型枠２と、所定位置に排水孔部形成用型枠２を取り付け固定するための位置決め具３を備え、排水孔部形成用型枠２の両端面には排水孔部形成用型枠２を固定するための固定用ボルト５螺合用雌ねじ孔２１を備え、車止め本体成型部１１の幅方向両端面には排水孔部形成用型枠２における固定用ボルト５螺合用雌ねじ孔２１、２１の位置に固定用ボルト５挿通孔１ａを備え、車止め本体成型部１１の幅方向のいずれか一方の端面には位置決め具３の雄ねじ部３１を挿通する挿通孔１ｂを備えている。【選択図】図９
