FOLDABLE TEMPORARY SCAFFOLD
To provide a foldable temporary scaffold that spontaneously enables implementation of a lock state of expanded two support pillars for preventing the pillars from being pulled out at the time of expanding work.SOLUTION: Two support pillars 11, 12 are coupled rotatably around a pin-shaped member 33 whose axial direction is orthogonal to lengthwise directions of the support pillars, and are foldable and expandable. When the support pillars are expanded to become into a vertically serial state, an end in the lengthwise direction of one support pillar 11 of the two support pillars fits into the inside of an end in the lengthwise direction of the other support pillar 12. On the support pillar 12 are disposed a lock member 18 and an elastic member for elastically energizing the lock member in a direction toward the inside of the support pillar 12. The lock member includes an engagement part for engaging with a part 23 to be engaged of the support pillar 11. Expansion of the folded two support pillars makes the end in the lengthwise direction of the support pillar 11 fit into the inside of the end in the lengthwise direction of the support pillar 12, which makes the engagement part of the lock member elastically energized by the elastic member engage with the part to be engaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】展開された2本の支柱を抜け止めするためにロック状態とすることを、展開作業時に自ずと実現できる折り畳み式仮設足場を提供すること。【解決手段】2本の支柱11,12は、支柱の長さ方向と直交する方向が軸方向となっているピン状部材33を中心に回動自在に連結されて折り畳み及び展開自在であり、これらの支柱が展開されることで上下方向に直列状態になると、2本の支柱のうち、一方の支柱12の長さ方向の端部の内部に他方の支柱11の長さ方向の端部が嵌入する。支柱12には、ロック部材18と、このロック部材を支柱12の内部の方向へ弾性付勢するための弾性部材とが配置され、ロック部材は、支柱11の被係止部23に係止する係止部を有し、折り畳まれていた2本の支柱が展開されることで支柱12の長さ方向の端部の内部に支柱11の長さ方向の端部が嵌入することにより、弾性部材で弾性付勢されたロック部材の係止部が被係止部に係止する。【選択図】図12
