To provide a construction method of a concrete hardened body capable of forming a protective layer for suppressing eluviation of various components including an alkaline component onto a surface of the concrete hardened body.SOLUTION: A construction method of a concrete hardened body includes contacting concrete before hardening with a neutralization solution in which a neutralization agent is dissolved after placing the concrete, to wet and cure the concrete, and forming a protective layer on a surface of concrete after hardening. The neutralization agent is a composite agent containing a water-soluble phosphoric acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
