PILE DRIVER
To provide a pile driver comprising a leader support structure capable of coping with construction demand by a longer leader, while being small-sized.SOLUTION: In a pile driver, a leader 15 can be switched between a long size specification composed of a large number of leader members and a short size specification composed of a small number of leader members. On a rear face of the leader, there is provided a cylinder bracket 22 to which a cylinder rod 16a of a lifting cylinder 16 is rotatably connected via a connection pin 21. The cylinder bracket is composed of: a lower side bracket 43 which has a shape capable of being divided vertically at a part corresponding to a flange mating face 27a of the leader members 25a, 25b with each other and which includes a pin hole 43c through which the connection pin can be inserted; and an upper side bracket 42 supported by the lower side bracket. Both brackets respectively include bracket mating faces 22a which can be in contact with each other in a state where the leader members are flange-connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】小型でありながら、より長尺なリーダによる施工の求めにも対応可能なリーダ支持構造を備えた杭打機を提供する。【解決手段】リーダ部材を多数で構成した長尺仕様と少数で構成した短尺仕様とにリーダ１５を組み替え可能な杭打機であって、リーダの後面には、起伏シリンダ１６のシリンダロッド１６ａが接続ピン２１を介して回動可能に連結されるシリンダブラケット２２を設けており、該シリンダブラケットは、リーダ部材同士２５ａ，２５ｂのフランジ合わせ面２７ａに対応する部分で上下に分割可能な形状をなして、接続ピンが挿通可能なピン孔４３ｃを有する下側ブラケット４３と、該下側ブラケットに支持される上側ブラケット４２とで構成され、両ブラケットは、リーダ部材同士をフランジ結合した状態で、互いに当接可能なブラケット合わせ面２２ａをそれぞれ有して形成されている。【選択図】図２
