CUTTING MACHINE FOR CONCRETE EXCAVATION AND CONCRETE EXCAVATION METHOD
To provide a cutting machine for concrete excavation and a concrete excavation method capable of suppressing noise and vibration generated in the excavation work of a concrete structure and speeding up and streamlining the excavation work.SOLUTION: A cutting machine 1 for forming a cutting groove for excavation comprises a machine body frame portion 10 that constitutes an outer frame of the machine body, a cutting portion 20 that cuts a floor surface of a concrete structure, and a movable support portion 30 that movably supports the cutting portion 20. The movable support portion 30 comprises forward/backward moving means 31 that allows the cutting portion 20 to move forward and backward, and elevating means 32 that allows it to move up and down in the vertical direction. The cutting portion 20 is provided with a plurality of rotating blades 204 arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals on a rotational shaft, and is configured so that the outer left and right sides of the outer rotating blades arranged at both ends of the rotational shaft are flat surfaces. The above object is achieved by the cutting machine 1 and the concrete excavation method using the cutting machine 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート構造物の掘削作業において発生する騒音や振動を抑え、掘削作業を迅速化及び効率化できるコンクリート掘削用の切削機及びコンクリート掘削方法を提供する。【解決手段】掘削用の切削溝を形成するための切削機1であって、機体の外枠を構成する機体フレーム部10と、コンクリート構造物の床面を切削する切削部20と、切削部20を移動可能に支持する可動支持部30とを備え、可動支持部30は、切削部20を前後進移動可能とする前後進手段31と、垂直方向に昇降可能とする昇降手段32とを備え、切削部20は、回転軸上に所定間隔で並列して配設された複数の回転刃204を備え、回転軸の両端に配設された外側回転刃の左右外側面が平坦面となるように構成されたことを特徴とする切削機1及びこの切削機1を用いたコンクリート掘削方法によって上記目的が達成される。【選択図】 図1
