CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR RECLAIMED LAND ON SEA
To provide a construction method for reclaimed lands on the sea for which the tensioning force of a ground anchor that prevents floating due to fluctuating buoyance is defined.SOLUTION: The construction method for reclaimed lands on the sea comprises: connecting a plurality of segments 1, in which hollow parts 2 are provided on heads of pile foundations 12 that are driven into a seabed ground down to a required depth, using connection members 10 to form a plane of a cavity body 24 with a required width on the sea surface; fixing and arranging tension materials of a ground anchor up to a predetermined depth of the seabed ground 13 while passing through connection sections of the plane of the cavity body to form anchor body long sections 15; tensionally fixing the tension materials on the uppermost surface of the segments 1; making the total tensioning force of the tension materials smaller than the weight of the cavity body 24; increasing tension with response to extension occurring with the tension materials when buoyance is applied to the cavity body 24; and defining the tension materials so that the total comprehensive tension (initial tensioning force plus tension increment) occurring with each of the tension materials is equal to the maximum buoyance and each comprehensive tensioning force is 0.6 Pu or less when the extension amount reaches a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
