To provide an other-body fixture capable of securing a larger height adjustment range of an other-body fixing member.SOLUTION: An other-body fixture comprises: a base-side support member 5 including a first fixing part 4 to a mounting base; and a top-side support member 6 including a second fixing part 7 capable of freely fixing an other-body which is an upper fixing object, and including a first connecting part 11 which is connected to the base-side support member 5 at a lower side so as to be freely vertically displaced. The base-side support member 5 includes a vertically cylindrical main body part 13 in which the first fixing part 4 is disposed in a lower end. A roof part 14 closing an upper part of the main body part 13 is integrally provided successively to the main body part 13. An eaves part 15 extending outside of a peripheral side face of the main body part 13 is integrally attached to the main body part 13, and the top-side support member 6 is substantially box-shaped so as to enclose the entire roof part 14 from an upper side. The first connecting part 11 is formed on a peripheral sidewall of the box-shaped top-side support member 6, and a first connected part 16 which is connected with the first connecting part 11 is provided in the eaves part 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
