To provide eaves in which setting and adjustment such as protruding width of an eaves plate, an installation height, and slope is easy, which does not require human labor in installing with a simple structure, and which can be installed even in a district with strong wind.SOLUTION: Eaves 1 comprises: an eaves plate 2 blocking at least a part of sunlight; an arm 3 supporting the eaves plate 2 at front position separated from a wall face 9 of a building; a fixing tool 4 for fixing a base end portion of the arm 3 to a wall of the building so that the arm 3 protrudes forward from the wall face 9; and a connection tool 5 for connecting a tip portion of the arm 3 with the eaves plate 2 and for fastening the eaves plate 2 in a posture capable of blocking sunlight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
