PILE HEAD STRUCTURE AND PILE HEAD CAP OF WORKING PLATFORM PILE
To provide a pile head structure and a pile head cap of a working platform pile which allow pile head heights of a plurality of installed working platform piles to be easily adjusted and enable a working platform to be efficiently constructed thereon.SOLUTION: Pile head caps 3 are installed in each pile head of a plurality of working platform piles 1. Wall girders 4 are erected between the working platform piles 1 and 1. Steel pipe piles with blades are used in the working platform piles 1. The wall girders 4 are bolt-coupled to the pile head caps 3 installed in each of the working platform piles 1. The pile head caps 3 include cap bodies 3a fixed to the upper ends of the working platform piles 1, base plates 3b provided on the upper ends of the cap bodies 3a, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 3c provided on corner parts between the cap bodies 3a and the base plates 3b. Heights h of the cap bodies 3a are determined according to designed pile head heights h2 for each of pile head heights h1 of the working platform piles 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】打設された複数の構台杭の杭頭高を設計杭頭高に容易に調整することができ、かつその上に作業構台を効率的に構築できる構台杭の杭頭構造及び杭頭キャップを提供する。【解決手段】複数の構台杭1のそれぞれの杭頭に杭頭キャップ3を設置する。構台杭1,1間に敷桁4を架設する。構台杭1に羽根付き鋼管杭を用いる。敷桁4は各構台杭1の杭頭に設置された杭頭キャップ3にボルト締結する。杭頭キャップ3は構台杭1の上端部に固定されたキャップ本体3aとキャップ本体3aの上端部に設けられたベースプレート3bとキャップ本体3aとベースプレート3bとの隅角部に設けられた複数の補強リブ3cとを備えている。キャップ本体3aの高さhは構台杭1の杭頭高h1毎に設計杭頭高h2に合わせて決定する。【選択図】図1
