SOUND ABSORPTION BOARD, PACKAGE TRAY, LUGGAGE BOARD, AND SOUND INSULATION STRUCTURE
To provide a sound absorption board capable of improving rigidity while maintaining sound absorbency, and a package tray, a luggage board, and a sound insulation structure including the sound absorption board.SOLUTION: A sound absorption board 10 is formed by uniting together polyurethane foam 11 having a continuous air bubble structure and a skin material 20. The skin material 20 is arranged on the top and reverse sides of the polyurethane foam 11, and has air permeability, and the skin material 20 has an impregnated layer 22 formed which is impregnated with a raw material of the polyurethane foam, the raw material having been cured. The skin material 20 including the impregnated layer 22 has an air permeability of 3-90 ml/cm2/s based upon JIS K6400-7 B: 2012.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吸音性を有しつつ剛性を向上させることが可能な吸音ボード、並びに、その吸音ボードを含むパッケージトレイ、ラゲッジボード及び遮音構造の提供。【解決手段】吸音ボード10は、連続気泡構造を有するポリウレタンフォーム11と表皮材20とが一体化されてなる。表皮材20は、ポリウレタンフォーム11の表裏に配置されると共に、通気性を有し、表皮材20には、ポリウレタンフォームの原料が含浸・硬化した含浸層22が形成されている。含浸層22を含む表皮材20のJIS K6400−7 B法:2012に基づく通気量は、3〜90ml/cm2/sとなっている。【選択図】図1
