To provide a wall panel, etc. of which a whole front surface can be uniformly brightened even if a facility such as a mirror or a counter, etc. is installed without increasing the size of a bathroom unit.SOLUTION: A wall panel 1 for emitting light frontward comprises a first light guide layer 10, a second light guide layer 20, and a light source (second light source 40) for emitting light to be made incident on the second light guide layer 20. The first light guide layer 10 comprises a first principal surface 11 (front surface 11a) for emitting light frontward. The second light guide layer 20 comprises a second principal surface 21 (front surface 21a) for emitting light frontward, and a second end surface 22 (upper surface 22a) on which light from the light source is incident. Light emitted from the second light guide layer 20 is incident on the first light guide layer 10.
