OBSTACLE SENSING DEVICE, OBSTACLE SENSING METHOD, OPENING/CLOSING BODY DEVICE, AND OPENING/CLOSING BODY CONTROL METHOD
To realize obstacle sensing with high safety and reliability when a load sensing type obstacle sensing device is mounted on a heavy shutter device.SOLUTION: The opening and closing operation of a heavy shutter device is controlled by a three-phase AC motor. The motor current supplied to the motor is divided into a torque current and an exciting current, and vector control is performed while adjusting the motor voltage so that the exciting current becomes constant. An obstacle sensing device of a load sensing type senses that an obstacle is brought into contact with a shutter based on a change in a motor current during vector control. For example, when the rate of change of the motor current value becomes equal to or greater than the threshold value, it is sensed that the motor has come into contact with an obstacle when the motor current value has not reached the bottom value after a predetermined time has elapsed. Further, an average value of motor current values during shutter opening/closing operation is obtained, and a threshold waveform having a predetermined width is generated by multiplying the average value by a numerical value of ±, and when the motor current value protrudes from the inside of the predetermined width of the threshold waveform, it is sensed that the motor current value has come into contact with an obstacle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】重量シャッター装置に負荷感知方式の障害物感知装置を搭載した場合に高い安全性及び信頼性で障害物感知を実現する。【解決手段】重量シャッター装置は三相交流モータによって、その開閉動作が制御される。このモータに供給されるモータ電流をトルク電流及び励磁電流に分割し、励磁電流が一定となるようにモータ電圧を調整しながらベクトル制御している。負荷感知方式の障害物感知装置は、ベクトル制御時におけるモータ電流の変化に基づいてシャッターに障害物が接触したことを感知している。例えば、モータ電流値の変化の割合がしきい値以上となった時、所定時間経過後に底値に到達しなかった時に障害物に接触したと感知する。また、シャッター開閉動作時におけるモータ電流値の平均値を求め、これに±の数値を乗じて、所定巾を持ったしきい値波形を生成し、モータ電流値がしきい値波形の所定巾の内側から突出した時、障害物に接触したと感知する。【選択図】 図3
