VERTICAL PLATE MOUNTING HARDWARE AND VERTICAL PLATE MOUNTING STRUCTURE
To enable accurate and simplified installation of a vertical plane member to a wooden structure joined with a column and a horizontal member.SOLUTION: A mounting hardware 30 consists of a substrate 10 provided with a first member 13 and a second member 14 arranged in parallel with a gap 15, and a support plate 20 connected to the substrate 10 almost perpendicularly (a). The mounting hardware 30 is fitted to a wooden structure in which the lower surface 44 of a column 41 and the upper surface 32 (joint boundary line) of a first foundation 31 are joined, and a screw is driven from a screw hole 17 and fixed. A lower edges 62 of wall plates 60A, 60B are placed on the support plate 20, and a side edges 61 are aligned with a side surface 43 of the column 41. Screws are driven from the vicinities of the side edges 61 of the wall plates 60A, 60B toward the side surface 44 of the column 41 and the other side surface 34 of the first foundation 31 through the gap 15 to fix the wall plates 60A, 60B to a wooden structure (the column 41 and the first foundation 31) (b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】柱と横架材とを接合した木造構造体に、垂直面材を正確かつ簡略化に取り付けをできる。【解決手段】取付金物30は間隙15を設けて並列した第1部材13と第2部材14とを備えた基板10と、基板10に略垂直に連結した支持板20とから構成した(a)。柱41の下面44と第1土台31の上面32(接合境界線)とを接合した木造構造体に、取付金物30を合わせ、ビス孔17からビスを打ち込み固定する。壁板60A、60Bの下縁62を支持板20に載せ、各側縁61を柱41の側面43に合わせて配置した。壁板60A、60Bの側縁61近傍から、間隙15を通して、柱41の側面44、第1土台31の他側面34に向けてビス類を打ち込み、壁板60A、60Bを木造構造体(柱41、第1土台31)に固定した(b)。【選択図】図1
