To provide a post-adjustment member for room unit support leg capable of efficiently installing the room units in a short time by facilitating adjustment of the installation height position of the room units in a construction method of installing multiple room units on a floor slab of a building, a room unit support leg with a post-adjustment member, and a room unit support leg with a post-adjustment function, and a room unit installation height adjustment method.SOLUTION: A room unit post-adjustment member for support legs that is attached to the telescopic room unit support legs located between a floor slab and a room unit when installing the room unit on the floor slab of a building, includes: a bottom face that touches the support legs of the room unit; an extension unit that can be extended in height between the room unit and the top surface facing the room unit; and an extension operation means to extend the extension part from the outside of the room unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
