CEILING SUBSTRATE MATERIAL FITTING DEVICE
To propose a ceiling substrate material fitting device that has a simple configuration capable of standing external vibration such as a powerful earthquake or the impact even if receiving them.SOLUTION: A hanging and supporting metal fitting 2 hanging and supporting an L-shaped steel bar 1 as a hanging component comprises an upper piece part 4 screwing a pressing force bolt 3, and left and right side piece parts 5, 6 formed downward U-shaped bending uniformly from both side of the upper piece part 4, and the left and right side piece parts 5, 6 have left and right insertion groove parts 7, 8 inserted to a lower flange piece F1 of an H-shaped steel F and left and right screwing stop parts 9, 10 for hanging and supporting the L-shaped steel bar 1 by screwing an upper end 1a of the L-shaped steel bar 1. The lower flange piece F1 inserted to the left and right insertion groove part 7,8 is supported by the pressing force bolt 3 screwed into the upper piece part 4 and the hanging and supporting metal fitting 2 is supported to the lower flange piece F1 of the H-shaped steel F. The L-shaped steel bar 1 is hung and supported downward by screwing a fixed screw 12 from a screw insertion hole 11 provided at the left and right screwing stop parts 9, 10. A ceiling substrate material is attached to a lower end of the L-shaped steel bar 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】強大な地震等の外部振動や衝撃を受けても、これに耐える簡単な構成の天井下地材取付装置を提案する。【解決手段】吊り部材としたL型鋼棒1を吊持支持する吊持支持金具2は、押圧ボルト3をねじ込む上片部4と上片部4の両端部から下向きコ字状に折曲一体形成される左右側片部5,6とを有し、左右側片部5,6には、H型鋼Fの下部フランジ片F1に挿入する左右挿入溝部7,8と、L型鋼棒1の上端部1aをビス止めしてL型鋼棒1を吊持支持するための左右ビス止め部9,10とを有し、左右挿入溝部7,8に挿入された下部フランジ片F1を上片部4にねじ込まれた押圧ボルト3によって吊持支持金具2をH型鋼Fの下部フランジ片F1に支持させ、左右ビス止め部9,10に設けたビス挿通孔11から固定ビス12をねじ込んでL型鋼棒1を垂下状に吊持支持させ、L型鋼棒1の下端部に天井下地材を取り付けるようにした。【選択図】図1
