To mainly make it possible to construct roof material placing and waterproof construction to a roof of a fire-proof building by the same worker.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to roof structure of a fire-proof building 1 where a fire resistance roof material 4 is placed on a roof structure beam 3 and water proof is subjected to the roof material 4. The roof material 4 is the roof panel 15 where a fire resistance sheathing roof board 12, a waterproof sheet 13, and a roof finishing material 14 are mounted on a roof frame 11. The roof panel 15 is fixed from under side to roof panel fixtures 16, 17 mounted on the roof structure beam 3. The roof frame 11 has a pair of parallel common rafter receiving beam 21 and several pieces of common rafters 22 in the roof panel 15. The sheathing roof board 12 and the roof finishing material 14 are overlapped to have a shorted width dimension w1 than the roof frame 11. The waterproof sheet 13 is sandwiched between the sheathing roof board 12 and the roof finishing material 14 to have a longer width dimension W3 than the roof frame 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】主に、耐火建築物の屋根に対する屋根材の敷設と防水施工とを、同じ作業者によって施工できるようにする。【解決手段】屋根構造体梁３の上に耐火性の屋根材４が敷設され、屋根材４に対して防水が施された耐火建築物１の屋根構造に関する。屋根材４は、屋根枠１１の上に、耐火性の野地板１２と、防水シート１３と、屋根仕上材１４とが組付けられた屋根パネル１５とされる。屋根パネル１５は、屋根構造体梁３に取付けられた屋根パネル固定金具１６，１７に対して下側から固定される。屋根パネル１５は、屋根枠１１が、平行な一対の垂木受梁２１と、複数本の垂木２２とを有している。野地板１２および屋根仕上材１４は、屋根枠１１よりも短い幅寸法Ｗ１を有して重ね合わされる。防水シート１３は、屋根枠１１よりも長い幅寸法Ｗ３を有して野地板１２と屋根仕上材１４との間に挟み込まれる。【選択図】図１
