To provide a floor surface film that does not leave an aluminum layer on a floor surface, while maintaining flame retardancy required for vehicles such as buses.SOLUTION: A floor surface film 1 comprises a front film layer 2, a printed layer 3 on a lower surface side of the front film layer 2 and an adhesive layer 4 on a lower surface side of the printed layer 3, in which the front film layer 2 is formed of an upper front film layer 5 and a lower front film layer 6, a resin forming the upper front film layer 5 is an urethane resin, a resin forming the lower front film layer 6 is a polyvinyl chloride resin, tensile elasticity of the upper front film layer 5 is 100 to 500 MPa, and tensile elasticity of the lower front film layer 6 is 1000 to 3000 MPa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
