To provide a safety facility monitoring system and safety sign device that can quickly notify workers of danger when the arrangement or condition of the safety sign changes and being easy to manage.SOLUTION: A safety facility monitoring system 1 that detects a state of a safety sign 5 installed in a safety facility 4 and notifies workers in the safety facility of a danger, comprises: a slave unit 10, placed on the safety sign, that detects a fall or movement of the safety sign; a master unit that collects information transmitted from the slave unit; a mounting device 161 that workers M2 can wear; a vibration device 160 that transmits vibration to the mounting device based on a danger signal that notifies workers of danger; and vibration information distribution means with which the master unit, that receives the information that the safety sign has fallen or moved, transmits a danger signal to the vibration device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
