To solve the problem in which requesting a workman to move to plurality of construction sites not one premade facility could increase labor cost and reduce time efficiency.SOLUTION: An example preassembled wall panel can comprise: a panel frame including a plurality of studs connected to an opposing end members; first and second wall plates connected to an opposing first and second sides of the panel frame; a plurality of spacers configured to support a finishing panel spaced away from at least one of the first and second wall plates, the plurality of spacers being mounted to at least one of the first and second wall plates; and a pipe extending between the opposing end members, the pipe being arranged between the first and second wall plates. The pipe comprises a pipe shunt, and a free end of the pipe shunt passes an opening of the wall plate of the first wall plate or the second wall plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
